Can we reward our virtual assistant for their efforts?
What if I'm not happy with my dedicated VA?
If you are not 100% happy with your virtual assistant, bring it to our attention and we’ll either replace them or end your agreement immediately. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
How do I communicate with my dedicated VA?
We use email, telephone, Skype, messenger, screen-sharing and project management tools to communicate with our clients. We will do our best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication when delegating tasks. We recommend each day you say good morning, how was your weekend etc just like you would any other employee.
How quick will my tasks be completed?
We are committed to delivering on deadline. Turnaround time can depend on the complexity and urgency of the project or tasks at hand. Our turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours to complete most tasks. If your project is time sensitive, the deadline will be agreed upon before the work begins.
Can we put our virtual assistant’s details on our website?
Yes you can. In fact we recommend it. We encourage you to treat your new worker as one of the team, just like you would with any new employee.
Who will be my main point of contact ?
Each client will have their own Manager who will be available at all times to assist with any general questions or any issues that may arise. They will be fully aware of how your particular business operates and your expectations. One of their roles will be to communicate with you if your virtual assistant is ill and to ensure start times and work efficiency is carried out to our high standards.
